Information we collect
- Account and workspace information: your name, email address, password in hashed form, workspace name, role, plan, and account preferences.
- Social sign-in information: when you choose Google, Microsoft, or Facebook sign-in, we receive your provider account identifier, name, email address, and basic profile information authorized by you. We do not receive your social account password.
- CRM content: information you or your team enter or import, including leads, contacts, properties, buyers, deals, campaigns, tasks, notes, activities, communications, and related business records.
- Billing information: subscription status, transaction records, and identifiers used to connect your account with Stripe. Stripe processes payment-card and bank-account details; DealFire does not store complete card or bank-account numbers.
- Technical information: authentication tokens, browser theme preferences, request and security logs, device or browser information, IP address, and diagnostic information produced when you use the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide the CRM and its workflows, process subscriptions and payments, support users, maintain and improve the service, prevent fraud and misuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service information.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use CRM content to advertise to your leads or contacts.
How we share information
We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate DealFire, such as hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments, and the identity provider you select for social sign-in. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your responsibilities for CRM data
Your workspace may contain personal information about property owners, leads, buyers, or other contacts. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to collect, upload, contact, and otherwise use that information, and for following applicable marketing, privacy, telemarketing, and real estate laws.
Retention, security, and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@cuvane.com. See our data deletion instructions for the required details.
Cookies and browser storage
DealFire uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, protect social sign-in requests, remember your theme, and preserve limited onboarding progress. These technologies are used to provide requested features and protect the service.
Children and policy changes
DealFire is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
